We do not accept returns on firearms under any circumstances.

All firearm sales are final. Please ensure that you thoroughly research and inspect your firearm choice before completing your purchase.


New or Unused Items (Non-Serialized):

New or unused items that are not serialized may be eligible for a return in exchange for store credit.

Returns for such items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return in exchange for store credit, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Returns for new or unused non-serialized items in exchange for store credit must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.


Berg’s Outdoors Right of Refusal:

Berg’s Outdoors reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if we believe that the return does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or if there is evidence of misuse, damage, or any other violation of our terms and conditions.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and no store credit will be issued.


How to Initiate a Return for Store Credit:

If you wish to initiate a return for store credit, please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of your purchase via email at Provide your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged, and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package. Ship the item back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method.


Store Credit:

If you are eligible for a return in exchange for store credit, the store credit will be provided in the form of a Berg’s Outdoors gift card.

Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and does not expire.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
